Anyways, I'm going to do something which I have always been meaning to do but did not have the determination to do, until today. PRODUCT REVIEW! Yay! As friends who know me well, I am a 100% pure cosmetics fanatic. I tend to buy a lot of new products to try and then share my thoughts on those products on Insta Story (which disappears after 24 hours... Haha). So today, I am going to share my thoughts on products which I have recently purchased from Klavuu.
For those of you who have never heard of Klavuu before (pronounced as Klar-View), the name Klavuu is a combination of Swedish words "Klar" (meaning clean), and "Vuu" (metaphor for belief / perspective). Combining these 2 words would mean clear and transparent belief. Klavuu is one of the hottest emerging K-beauty brands in Korea. Sadly, not many of us Malaysians have heard of this brand before. I've only come across this brand last month and after doing much research and reading tons of reviews about this brand, I knew I had to give it a try! By the way, Klavuu is the first marine pearl cosmetic brand in Korea that infuses natural pearl and marine plant extracts into their product formulas. In short, all of Klavuu's products contain pearl extracts.

This product is a multi-functional product which has 5 functions:
- Makeup Base
- Primer
- Pearl Base
- Fixer
- Sunscreen
The 4 key ingredients used for this product are agar extracts, pearl extracts, spirulina extracts and seaweed extracts.
This product is a simple pearl based product that combines all the complicated base products into one. The micro pearl particles apply easily on your skin and provides your skin with a natural glow. This cream is also said to be frequently chosen by makeup artists for actresses with dry skin to help their makeup stay put longer on their skin.
In addition, this cream evens out your skin tone and enhances the dewiness of your skin. Skin will appear naturally radiant and luminous because of the pearl extracts in the cream.

Can you see the major difference after I have blended the cream into the skin? My right side looks slightly more glowy and whitened than the left side.
My Verdict:
The texture of this cream is lightweight and it blends into the skin effortlessly. It is moisturizing and doesn't feel oily even after a few hours of application. What I like about this cream is that it absorbs quickly into the skin and my skin immediately glows and looks more dewy. Applying it before applying my BB Cushion makes my makeup lasts longer too. Since the texture of this cream is more on the thin side, it acts as a perfect makeup base and my makeup does not feel 'heavy' on my face. It can also be used as a sunscreen on my makeup-free days which gives me the 'no makeup, makeup look' as my face looks more radiant. :)
